Recent reports claim that Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from ex-Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz. The couple married back in May of 2008, she's asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the couple's son, Bronx, and is also filing for spousal and child support.
